Stability Ball

This workout uses the stability ball in many different ways.  I use it to enhance core work, and also to increase intensity while doing lunges, squats, adductors, abductors, and other exercises.  No traditional abdominals on the ball this time; I keep things moving and pump up the cardio for a quick total body workout.
